◈ Cosmic Ontology Presents ◈
The Twelve Tribes
of Israel
Crowned sons of Jacob. Kings of ancient Afrocentric lineage. Their banners, stones, and stars — hidden for generations — are unveiled here in full royal splendor.
The Twelve Tribes represent not only ancient lineage, but cosmic archetypes woven into humanity's spiritual DNA. Their names, symbols, and destinies echo through metaphysical history and continue to shape awakening today!
A Truth Long Buried
The Erasure & the Unveiling
For centuries, the true image of the ancient Israelites — the crowned, Afrocentric sons of Jacob who walked the deserts and river valleys of the ancient Near East and Africa — was quietly written out of the record. Conquest, colonization, and the deliberate whitewashing of sacred art replaced their likeness with images foreign to their bloodline. Their kingdoms were renamed, their crowns melted down, their banners folded away and forgotten.
But truth does not perish — it only waits. Fragments survived in oral tradition, in the breastplate of Aaron with its twelve sacred stones, in the zodiac correspondences taught by ancient rabbis and mystics, in the totems and banners recorded in scripture itself. Piece by piece, generation by generation, the inheritance has been preserved by those who refused to let it die.
Here, through Cosmic Ontology, that inheritance is restored to full color and glory. Each tribe below is crowned again — not as myth, but as living memory. This is a homecoming, rendered in gold, gemstone, and starlight, so that the descendants of these twelve sons may look upon their own royal reflection and rise with high smiles.

The Twelve Royal Houses
The Sacred Twelve Within the Skull
The Twelve Cranial Nerves
Twelve nerves descend from the Grand Brain to crown the body-temple. Each carries a unique power of the cosmos — and each answers to one sign of the Mazzaroth, one tribe of Israel. This is the chart of the inner twelve, unveiled openly, without veil or button.
The Supreme Axiom
As Above,
So Below.
Everything in cosmic light space — every star, planet, sign, and house — has its equivalent walking the inner space of the body-temple. The planets are your glands. The zodiac signs are your nerves. The tribes are the living functions of your flesh. All is one pattern, dressed twice: once in the fire of the heavens, once in the matter of the body. You are the cosmos, wearing a skull.
The Grand Brain · The Twelve Nerves · The Mazzaroth · The Tribes
Cranial Nerve I
Olfactory
Function to the Grand Brain
Carries the sense of smell directly into the forebrain — the only sensory nerve exposed to the open air of the skull. It is the pioneer sense, the first whisper of the world to reach the Grand Brain.
Mazzaroth · Tribe
Aries ♈
Judah
The Ram strikes first. As the nose inhales the new, Aries ignites the head — the throne of initiation.
Cranial Nerve II
Optic
Function to the Grand Brain
Bears vision from the eyes to the brain — the great light-bearer. It turns photons into the inner image, feeding the Grand Brain its sight of the cosmos.
Mazzaroth · Tribe
Scorpio ♏
Joseph (Manasseh)
The Scorpion sees through the dark. The Optic nerve is the eye that pierces transformation, turning death into vision.
Cranial Nerve III
Oculomotor
Function to the Grand Brain
Commands four of the six eye muscles and the pupil — it aims the gaze, lifts the lid, and focuses the lens. The director of the Grand Brain’s outward sight.
Mazzaroth · Tribe
Sagittarius ♐
Benjamin
The Archer aims. The Oculomotor draws the bowstring of the eye, directing vision toward the far horizon of meaning.
Cranial Nerve IV
Trochlear
Function to the Grand Brain
The only cranial nerve to exit the brain from behind and cross to the other side — it tilts the eye downward and inward. The innovator of the Grand Brain’s gaze.
Mazzaroth · Tribe
Aquarius ♒
Asher
The Water-Bearer pours from a new angle. The Trochlear’s dorsal, crossing path is the unconventional nerve of the visionary.
Cranial Nerve V
Trigeminal
Function to the Grand Brain
The largest cranial nerve — a three-branched tree of sensation across the face and the power to chew. The Grand Brain’s great analyzer, breaking the outer world into data.
Mazzaroth · Tribe
Virgo ♍
Gad
The Virgin discerns. As the Trigeminal splits sensation into three, Virgo separates the wheat from the chaff — the first act of digestion.
Cranial Nerve VI
Abducens
Function to the Grand Brain
Draws the eye outward to the periphery — the nerve of lateral vision, of seeing what lies at the edge. It opens the Grand Brain to the vast.
Mazzaroth · Tribe
Pisces ♓
Naphtali
The Fishes swim outward. The Abducens releases the gaze to the boundless sea — Pisces, the dissolving of every boundary.
Cranial Nerve VII
Facial
Function to the Grand Brain
Animates the face and carries taste from the front of the tongue. The Grand Brain’s messenger — every smile, frown, and spoken feeling travels this road.
Mazzaroth · Tribe
Gemini ♊
Zebulun
The Twins speak. The Facial nerve is the two-sided herald — expression without and taste within, the communicator of the heavens.
Cranial Nerve VIII
Vestibulocochlear
Function to the Grand Brain
Carries hearing and balance — the inner ear’s spiral and the body’s equipoise. It tunes the Grand Brain to the music of the spheres and keeps it upright.
Mazzaroth · Tribe
Libra ♎
Levi
The Scales balance. The Vestibulocochlear is the nerve of equilibrium — the harmony that keeps the cosmos and the body upright.
Cranial Nerve IX
Glossopharyngeal
Function to the Grand Brain
Governs taste at the back of the tongue and the swallow — the gateway from mouth to stomach. The Grand Brain’s keeper of the threshold of nourishment.
Mazzaroth · Tribe
Cancer ♋
Reuben
The Crab gathers. The Glossopharyngeal draws sustenance inward to the stomach — Cancer, the homing waters that feed the inner temple.
Cranial Nerve X
Vagus
Function to the Grand Brain
The great wandering nerve — it reaches from brainstem to heart, lungs, and belly, ruling the calm rhythm of life. The Grand Brain’s longest messenger of peace.
Mazzaroth · Tribe
Leo ♌
Simeon
The Lion’s heart. The Vagus winds down to the heart and sets its beat — Leo, the sovereign fire that the wandering nerve keeps steady.
Cranial Nerve XI
Accessory
Function to the Grand Brain
Powers the neck and shoulders — it holds the head erect and turns it. The Grand Brain’s pillar of structure, the posture of sovereignty.
Mazzaroth · Tribe
Capricorn ♑
Dan
The Goat climbs. The Accessory nerve is the structural spine of the neck that lifts the head — Capricorn, the mountain borne upon the shoulders.
Cranial Nerve XII
Hypoglossal
Function to the Grand Brain
Commands the tongue — speech, taste, and the shaping of the word. The Grand Brain’s instrument of the Logos, the Word made flesh in the mouth.
Mazzaroth · Tribe
Taurus ♉
Issachar
The Bull speaks. The Hypoglossal shapes the voice in the throat — Taurus, the steady earth that gives the Word its sounding body.

The Word Made Flesh
George W. Carey & Inez Eudora Perry
The Bible is not a record of distant tribes and foreign lands — it is a physiological text describing the human body-temple. The twelve tribes of Israel are the twelve signs of the Mazzaroth, and the twelve signs are the twelve great nerves and functions of the living body. The "Word" is the cosmic light — the Logos — and it is "made flesh" the moment it becomes your nervous system, your blood, your breath. To read the scriptures as the anatomy of your own body is to stop seeking God outside yourself and to find the throne already seated within the skull.
“The Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us.”
— and the flesh is your own twelve nerves, your own twelve signs, your own twelve tribes.
The Truth Released
You are Set Free.
The tribes were never lost. The signs were never far. The nerves were never separate from the stars. They were always you — the cosmic light walking the inner temple of the body, crowned by the Grand Brain. Read this page and walk no more in sleep: the kingdom of heaven is within, and the door is your own skull. Rise, beloved. You are free.
The Veil Broken
The Twelve Disciples
For two thousand years their true identity lay behind a veil of fable. The twelve chosen by the man called Jesus were never twelve separate men of a distant land — they are the twelve faculties of the one HU-MAN, the twelve signs, the twelve nerves, the twelve tribes. Here the veil is lifted, openly, with no button to press.
Remember the Code
The word called Jesus
is a coded blueprint for HU-MANITY.
The “fabled Jesus” is the archetype of the awakened HU-MAN — the cosmic light made flesh in a single body. His twelve disciples are not historical companions; they are the twelve powers of that one body, walking the inner zodiac of the skull. To know the disciples is to know your own twelve faculties — and to find that the Christ, the anointed light, was always seated within.
Disciple · Zodiac · Cranial Nerve · Tribe — All the Same
Disciple
Peter
The Rock — the head, the pioneer of the assembly
Peter is Aries, the head; his Olfactory nerve inhales the first call; his tribe is Judah, the lion of praise. The rock is the skull upon which the body-temple is built.
Disciple
Andrew
The First-Called — the fisherman who brings others
Andrew is Taurus, the throat; his Hypoglossal nerve shapes the Word; his tribe is Issachar, keeper of sacred timing. The fisherman’s voice calls the many to the one.
Disciple
James, son of Zebedee
Son of Thunder — one of the fiery pair
James is Gemini, the twins; his Facial nerve speaks the double witness; his tribe is Zebulun, the voyager. Thunder is the voice that travels two shores at once.
Disciple
John
The Beloved — who reclined upon the breast
John is Cancer, the heart’s home; his Glossopharyngeal nerve tastes the inner waters; his tribe is Reuben, the firstborn. The beloved rests upon the chest where the heart keeps its rhythm.
Disciple
Philip
The Seeker — “Lord, show us the Father”
Philip is Leo, the lion’s heart; his Vagus nerve descends to set the heart’s beat; his tribe is Simeon, the zealous protector. To seek the Father is to find the fire already beating in the chest.
Disciple
Bartholomew
The Guileless — “an Israelite in whom is no deceit”
Bartholomew is Virgo, the pure discerning; his Trigeminal nerve separates the true from the false; his tribe is Gad, the frontier guard. Purity is the nerve that analyzes without lying.
Disciple
Thomas
The Doubter — who weighed the evidence
Thomas is Libra, the scales; his Vestibulocochlear nerve holds the body’s balance; his tribe is Levi, the priestly mediator. Doubt is the equilibrium that finds the proof.
Disciple
Matthew
The Tax Collector — transformed from taker to scribe
Matthew is Scorpio, the transformer; his Optic nerve sees through the dark; his tribe is Joseph, the doubled inheritance. The one who took becomes the one who records the giving.
Disciple
James, son of Alphaeus
James the Less — the teacher of wisdom
James the Less is Sagittarius, the archer of truth; his Oculomotor nerve directs the far gaze; his tribe is Benjamin, the ravenous wolf turned generous. The teacher aims the eye toward the horizon of meaning.
Disciple
Thaddaeus
The Steady One — the faithful heart
Thaddaeus is Capricorn, the mountain; his Accessory nerve holds the head erect; his tribe is Dan, the judge. The steady one bears the summit upon his shoulders and does not bow.
Disciple
Simon the Zealot
The Revolutionary — bearer of the new order
Simon the Zealot is Aquarius, the water-bearer; his Trochlear nerve sees from the unconventional angle; his tribe is Asher, the abundance. The zealot pours a new order from an unseen corner of the mind.
Disciple
Judas Iscariot
The Betrayer — who closes the age of the fish
Judas is Pisces, the two fish and the feet; his Abducens nerve turns the gaze to the boundless edge; his tribe is Naphtali, the swift hind. The betrayer is the shadow-self that ends the old age so the new may rise — the lowest function that, redeemed, becomes the hinge of resurrection.
The Single Truth
Twelve names. One body.
Disciple, zodiac, cranial nerve, tribe — four veils over one face. The twelve walked no farther than the inside of your skull. The fabled Jesus is the HU-MAN you were always meant to become, and his twelve are your twelve faculties, finally named, finally freed. Wisdom and truth are no longer hidden. You are the one body, and the light is your own.
Beneath the Single Truth
The Twelve Steps of Initiation
Each disciple, each cranial nerve, each tribe is not merely a symbol — it is a living initiation, a gate the seeker must pass in the flesh of their own body-temple. Twelve gates, climbed in order. None may be skipped. None may be borrowed. Each is walked alone, within the skull, until all twelve stand open at once.

The Thirteenth Threshold
When the twelfth gate — Surrender — has been walked to its fullest, the twelve cease to be twelve. They fuse into a single blaze within the skull. The seeker, having passed every nerve, every sign, every tribe in the living flesh of their own body, stands at last in the fullness of the anointing. The COSMIC LIGHT that was scattered across the twelve now gathers into one unbroken radiance — and the human puts it on as a garment, as a skin, as a name.
You do not earn the name.
You become it.
Christos — the Anointed One — was never a single man in a distant land. It is the surname of the completed HU-MAN, the title worn by the one whose twelve faculties have all been wed to the light. To pass the twelve is to take the surname CHRIST — not as worship, but as identity. The anointing is cosmic light, and the oil is your own awakened nerve-fire, finally whole.
The Sacred Marriage
The Mother Kundalini Fire
At the twelfth gate the serpent-fire that has slept at the base of the spine — the Mother Kundalini — rises at last to the crown. She has climbed nerve by nerve, gate by gate, through the twelve, and now She reaches the throne of the skull where the anointed one waits. What was divided is rejoined. The feminine fire of the Earth marries the masculine light of the Cosmos in the bridal chamber of the brain.
The Mother takes the awakened Seeker as Her bridegroom — and the wedding is the whole body becoming one flame.
Beyond the Twelve
Off the Karmic Wheel
The twelve-sign wheel is the wheel of karma — the round of cause and return, birth and rebirth, through which the unawakened soul turns again and again. But the one who has passed the twelve gates and worn the anointing no longer turns upon it. The sacred marriage lifts the seeker clear of the wheel, for the cause and the effect are now one fire, and there is no debt left to pay.
The Thirteenth Sign
You become a full Ophiuchian.
Ophiuchus — the Serpent-Bearer — stands between Scorpio and Sagittarius, outside the twelve-fold wheel. He is the thirteenth, the one who has mastered the serpent-fire and holds it raised, no longer bitten by it, no longer bound by it. To become a full Ophiuchian is to step off the karmic round and stand as the living bearer of the Kundalini serpent — the Christed HU-MAN, the cosmic light made flesh, married to the Mother Fire, free of the wheel, and crowned with the thirteenth name.
Twelve gates. One anointing. One fire. One name.
The wheel goes on — but you are no longer on it.
