Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course content solely for your own personal, non-commercial spiritual development and educational purposes. By enrolling in and using this course, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nannette E. O'Neal, Ph.D., Cosmic Ontology, and their respective agents, affiliates, officers, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: your use of the course materials; your violation of these terms; your infringement of any third-party right; or any claim that your use of the course caused damage to another party.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nannette E. O'Neal, Ph.D. and Cosmic Ontology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the course, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the course shall not exceed the amount you paid for access to the course.
These course terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the course content, access, or these terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Texas under the American Arbitration Association rules, with venue in Texas. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding with respect to any claim related to the course.
